The following licensed healthcare professionals --MD, DO, psychologist, therapist, counselor-- treating children or adolescents with mental health needs in North or South Carolina are welcome. Each session offers private and confidential one-on-one, peer-to-peer or multidisciplinary psychiatric consultation review time, where we can discuss any number of pediatric or adolescent cases. I provide insight on diagnosis, treatment planning, medication considerations, and identify potential clinical red flags. We meet via a HIPAA-compliant platform (e.g., Zoom) under a judgment-free zone, and we operate outside of insurance.
We offer 1-hour, 2-hour, or 4-hour per month consultation plans with a minimum commitment of 3 months. Afterward, you can choose to continue with the subscription, switch to hourly sessions, or discontinue services. Payments are processed on the 1st of each month, or upon scheduling your first session if it falls mid-cycle. A 5% discount is offered when the full cost of the 3-month subscription is paid upfront.
Yes—unused hours roll over for one month only, and this rollover occurs once per calendar year. Rollover hours are used after the current month’s time. There are no refunds. Also, there are no additional credits for unused hours beyond this one-time rollover.

No. These services are for the educational and professional benefit of the requesting clinician only and do not constitute a provider–patient relationship. I assume no clinical or legal responsibility for any individual patient discussed, nor do I see or evaluate patients directly. Please do not include my name in patient medical records—these consultations are intended to provide confidential clinician support, not direct patient care. Always use de-identified case information.

No long-term commitment is required. You’re welcome to book sessions on an hourly basis as needed. If you opt for a subscription plan, there is a minimum commitment of three months. After that period, you can choose to resubscribe, switch to hourly sessions, or discontinue services entirely—whatever best suits your needs.
We're so glad you found the hourly session valuable and want to continue! However, hourly sessions can't be transitioned or applied toward a subscription plan. You're always welcome to explore our subscription options separately when you're ready to commit to ongoing support.
